Our Founder
Jennifer Sarah McKinney is a life-long resident of Anne Arundel County. She is a mentor, community advocate, and leadership consultant dedicated to helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential. Over her career, she's worked on the frontlines—running workforce development programs, recovery housing, transitional shelters, and crisis support for people experiencing homelessness and women surviving trauma. Those years on the ground gave her a deep understanding of the heavy, systemic challenges people face, but more importantly, they taught her exactly what it takes to help someone break through barriers and move forward.
As Jennifer has grown in this work—and focused her studies on public administration and business management —her focus has expanded from helping individuals to helping the entire organization. Today, she partners with leadership teams to build human-centric workplaces. She help organizations look at their internal policies, workflows, and culture to create environments where staff feel deeply respected, structurally supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Jennifer operates on a simple truth: no story is too small, and no voice is insignificant. She's here to take the deep conversations happening in our own backyard and turn them into lasting institutional change. Whether it begins with a single conversation or a major organizational shift, one voice has power. When we bring those voices together, we transform communities.
